Our Offer
What We Offer
LitFin helps companies and other eligible purchasers assess and pursue potential compensation claims arising from suspected anticompetitive conduct in the replacement tyre market without taking on financial risk. We finance and coordinate the legal, economic and procedural work required to bring a claim, allowing affected purchasers to evaluate their position and seek recovery without upfront costs.
Your company does not need to allocate a litigation budget or advance legal fees. LitFin covers the costs of the claim process, including legal work, economic analysis, expert support, procedural costs and case management. If the claim is not successful, your company does not reimburse these costs. LitFin only receives a pre-agreed success fee if compensation is recovered.
Our Approach
- Preliminary Damage Assessment
Before any formal commitment, LitFin can assess whether your company may have suffered financial harm from its replacement tyre purchases. Based on available purchase data, such as tyre categories, volumes, prices, suppliers and purchase periods, we provide an initial data-based view of your potential claim. This assessment is free, confidential and non-binding. - End-to-End Legal and Economic Coordination
Each claim is assessed individually, taking into account factors such as purchase data, tyre types, supplier relationships, purchase locations and jurisdiction. LitFin evaluates these factors and discusses the most suitable legal options before any formal step is taken. - Tailored Claim Structure
Each claimant’s situation is assessed individually. The most suitable legal route depends on factors such as the available purchasing data, the type of tyres purchased, supplier relationships, the countries in which purchases were made and broader jurisdictional considerations. LitFin evaluates these factors and discusses the available options with your company before any formal step is taken. - Simple and Structured Onboarding
The process begins with an introductory discussion, an NDA where appropriate, a limited request for purchase documentation and a preliminary damage assessment. Your company remains free to decide whether to proceed before signing any formal claim agreement.
